Scott Gronmark worked in BBC national TV news and current affairs for a decade before joining BBC Online in 1997 as a Homepage Editor. In 2000, Scott took charge of all BBC programme-related interactivity. He has also conducted large-scale mergers in Eastern Europe (Wizja and Cyfra+ DTH platforms in Poland) and restructuring/cost-cutting programs. Since joining the France Telecom group in 2006 Jakub has been responsible for launching new ORANGE TV/VOD products in countries such as Poland, Slovakia and Romania on different platforms such as IPTV, Mobile and PC. Jakub will present ideas and a case study relating to developing and launching converged services at this years show.

Before joining Cisco Systems Europe in 2001, Dessange spent a number of years at Alcatel working on broadband projects and developing video over DSL solutions. He also spent 2 years at Lucent Technologies in a variety of roles, including systems engineering and deployment. Jean-Christophe holds a Master of Sciences degree in Electronic and Telecommunications from ENST-Paris.
